“”TERRA VICINA": Taste stories with producers originates from an idea of the Neighbouring Family, in partnership with the Producers' Square, Eataly Lingotto's space, where small local producers hosted daily share and showcase their finest products. Both entities, in fact, have at the core of their philosophy Enhancing local traditionhighlighting typical regional products. The initiative aims to support a selection of agricultural and production businesses in the area committed to Production/cultivation of typical Piedmontese products and that are distinguished by family tradition and work methodology.The first meeting, held in May, was linked to Saras del Fen, the typical Piedmontese ricotta, a Slow Food Presidium. In October will be the protagonists of the initiative some of the Canavese region's finest offerings, the Slow Food Presidium of Piattella Canavesana di Cortereggio, the cheeses of Valchiusella, the Ancient Piedmontese Maize, and a local specialty from the Gran Paradiso National Park area, Buleta.
The November appointment will instead be dedicated to apples and in particular to the old Piedmontese varieties, a Slow Food Presidium.
