La Cri Cri by Casa Vicina transforms into a tennis ball for the Nitto ATP Finals 2022 in Turin

From 13 to 20 November, Michelin-starred chef Claudio Vicina will be offering a thematic and original dish on his menu dedicated to the prestigious end-of-season tournament.

This year too during the Nitto ATP Finals week in Turin, it will be possible to try a new gourmet offering conceived by Chef Claudio Vicina from the restaurant House Vicina located on the third floor of the Green Retail Park Green Pea.

The Michelin-starred chef had already featured a special Nitto ATP Finals dish on the menu in 2021. It was a sphere made with potato, with a red quail egg yolk heart and truffle, symbolising a tennis ball, on a court made from Grana Padano DOP coloured blue.

For the second edition, however, the focus is on one of the typical Turin sweets, the Cri Cri.

We have decided to further revisit our version of the Cri Cri candy from Turin, transforming it into a tennis ball. The interior, made from a hazelnut mousse, is encased in a shell of ivory chocolate with yellow pigment, which is then hand-painted with the classic white 'S'.”.

Both proposals will be included on the Casa Vicina menu from 13 to 20 November 2022.
